A new family house in the Macclesfield Canal and Black Road Conservation areas. Extensive use of 3D building model and CGI's to illustrate impact and design.
INGERSLEY VALE, BOLLINGTON
New houses on the site of a bowling green and on the edge of a conservation area. A strong roof profile creates local interest and distinctiveness.
GLASSWORKS, HARROGATE.
A development of three new townhouses within a conservation area in Harrogate. The site was an awkwardly shaped former glass works. Constructed with an ICF (insulated concrete formwork) system due to the limited site area for construction materials.
CROXTETH, LIVERPOOL.
24 houses for a major social house builder using standard house types re-elevated to improve visual interest and a more modern streetscene.
HEATHERGREEN COURT, LIVERPOOL.
Phased construction of new apartments and houses and decanting of residents from a 16 storey tower block. Demolition of the tower block and site landscaping of a prominent site.
JUBILEE COURT, STAFFORD
Renovation of an old timber frame sheltered housing scheme into an extra care housing scheme.
